Customer Service Representatives for call center (English & Spanish). Full-time & part-time.

Generalcover Insurance customers will reach you by phone, website, and email, seeking your expertise. You’ll strive to resolve most issues with one-call efficiency, as well as research more complex situations to ensure customer satisfaction.

The customer service representative is:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Respond to incoming customers' questions or concerns over the phone; investigating any necessary problems and taking full responsibility to respond to customers with the resolution of their problem within the time limit specified by company policy.

Handle sensitive or confidential customer data in a professional and responsible manner.

Provide quality service and support.

System troubleshooting; or other service scenarios. Use good judgment to solve problems.

He strives to maintain a smart balance between company policy and customer requests, so that customers feel valued and satisfied.

Complete special project assignments and assist other departments during periods of less customer contact.

 

The type of work: Full-time and part-time.

 

Compensation: Per hour.

 

Required skills:

Exceptional listening, verbal and written skills: you get along well with many different or strong personalities.
Organized and detail-oriented, with good time management skills. 
Willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overtime when needed. 
Must demonstrate the ability to read, speak, and write in Spanish.
