Print ID card

To print the insurance member ID card follow the steps below.

Step 1

Select the plan name you chose from the icons displayed after step 4 and sign in if the member is already registered. If you are not registered, select Register Account.

Step 2

Once you are in your user account, select My Coverage and ID Card

Step 3

Click Download ID Card .

Step 4

Print the ID card.

Note: The ID card is a file that can be saved on a mobile device or printed.
